Hello, and welcome to the Central Vintage Racing Association! The CVRA is known as the home of the fastest vintage dirt track racing in the midwest. Although we do have rules that state the technology of the cars must be circa 1970 or older, and require safety updates, you can be assured that the cars and drivers come to the track with the intention of running hard and looking to place up front! This group was founded on the premise that there should be NO predetermined outcome of any race, and we aren't there to run parade laps. Just good, fast racing without taking unnecessary risks, or overly aggressive driving. We are here to have a good time and put on a show for race fans that may not have been around to see this type of car race "back in the day". Although some are restored original cars, many are newly built using circa 1970 chassis' and components. Feel free to look around our site, and see what we have to offer to the
